Personalised & made-to-order items

As our products are personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order, including names, dates, spelling, images, and colours.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos to help us review the problem and arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-personalised items

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.

PLEASE NOTE

Items we cannot accept for return

We cannot accept returns in the following circumstances:

Used or damaged items
Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
Incorrect personalisation
Items with personalisation errors submitted by the customer.
Refused delivery
Orders refused at delivery or returned to sender.
No prior contact
Items returned without contacting us first.

TIMINGS

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or approving a claim. Please allow an additional 2-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. For gift orders, refunds are issued to the original purchaser.
